April 26, 2013 Moscow, Russia – Conferral of Aleksj Komeč “for the significant civil position in the field of preservation and protection of cultural heritage in Russia.” The “Felix” award is a glazed ceramic sculptural piece which has a boat-like shape (ark) on top of which are in relief scenes of monuments, a tree, a group of people, vase and inscription (see below). On the top is a flying dove.
