Mans hat in white wool felt constructed in four panels stitched together with white thread and the seams are coverd with a white piping and stitching The two front panels are decorated with metallic braid applied embroidery. A small white tassle hangs from the top center of the hat. The rim of the hat is often turned back. The hat is line in white synthetic fabric.
