It calls upon institutions, enterprises, and international communities to embrace a new cultural and economic orientation for cooperation among peoples.
It is a manifesto to transform hospitality and tourism into instruments of dialogue, inclusion, sustainable development, and the enhancement of the multicultural richness of World Heritage Sites — a cultural, social, and economic resource in contrast to overtourism.
