Piece of cotton fabric which is hand painted with an image of an owl sitting on a crescent moon in the middle and surrounded by stars and falling leaves. There is a red ink stamp of the author in one corner.

Note
The fabric came in a lime green color rice paper folder and was together with the other fabrics from the Kyoto City Government. There is also a photocopied page with illustrations of how the Kakefuda can be folded and used.
