Note
The conferral is signed by the Minister, H. Poghosyan and the Executor, A. Sahakyan and it is numbered and dated (n° 255-A of May 3, 2013 by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia. The conferral was given in Palazzo Coppini during the opening ceremony on May 8, 2013.
One of the two medals was gifted to Paolo Del Bianco by the same Minister on December 4, 2012 as an anticipation of the Diploma conferral which followed in May 2013.
