There are initiatives for students as well as for docents:

 1) among academicians:

   "Research for new Events", such as meetings, conventions and conferences among academicians, scholars and experts in various fields, aimed to establish the first contacts among academicians and experts for future relationships of co-operation, to settle the basement for following cultural high level initiatives or new traditional students workshops, to be carried out both in Florence than in other towns

 2) among students:

   "Practical application of the Research", namely traditional students' workshops, aimed to the principles of international integration among youth, according to the relevant Regulation - in standard characters.

   They represent the main activity of the Foundation: international integration without competition, by respecting each cultural identiy. Each weekly workshop has a peculiar subject in one specific cultural field (architecture, urban, environment, world heritage, science and techniques, artistic expressiveness, communication, economics, music, theatre, medicine and fashion and others). Each workshop is suggested by one of the 127 Experts of the Foundation
  
To each students' workshop is required the participation of minimum 3, maximum 5 faculties coming from different countries, each of them represented by maximum 8 students accompanied by one professor.

   Each workshop is made up by 3 different phases:

   1) BEFORE the workshop: each group of university students from a different country must prepare a preliminary work, to be presented in Florence to all the other students participating and to be delivered to the Foundation

   2) DURING the workshop in Florence: there will be formed different mixed groups of students (in each group there will be a representative from each university); each student will co-operate with his own international group to present a final work at the end of the week

   3) AFTER the workshop: once coming back home, each national group of university students will prepare a final version of the project, according to the international experience and knowledge received during their stay in Florence; the Foundation will receive the final works within 60 days and prize the best work.

   The difference between BEFORE and AFTER represents the result of the Foundation's activity; in other words the contribution to the spreading among youth of the principles of respect of each cultural identity and their valorisation: for "a past to know together, a common future to build". Professors are supervisor of this evolution.
