Degree & Profession is a project promoted by the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation of Florence which offers to the young graduates and students opportunities to be acknowledge at an international level through their degree projects and to meet the world of the professionals and companies to directly exchange ideas with them and to explore the opportunities that the future holds.
The Mission of Regional Festival in Odessa:

• A meeting point for students, graduates, companies, professionals, professors and universities
• Focused on topics at the cutting edge for the regional area
The “Degree & Profession” - Regional Festival in Odessa is organized by the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture www.ogasa.org.ua and the Odessa State Economics University www.oseu.edu.ua
Each university presents a special program of events and meetings, in order to give the opportunity to graduates and undergraduates of both the disciplines to participate and to show their works during an event closer to their town, but at the same time – thanks to its specificity - it enables to attract participants from all over the world interested in a program of interesting and exciting events.
Being the main purpose of “Degree & Profession” www.florence-expo.com to create a link between the young graduates and the professional world, the agenda of the “Degree & Profession” - Regional Festival in Odessa itself must fit this need, hence there will be organised a program which exalts the ‘spiritus loci', the ‘spirit' of the Black Sea region:
• Presentation of the graduate's degree, that are uploaded in the Degree & Profession database on www.florence-expo.com and that participate in the Smart Presentation Award
• Experience-Exchange by professionals that share their successful accounts, explaining their professional evolution and their experiences in an informal atmosphere
• Company presentations to consent the companies to describe their products, their experiences, and their achievements, the market trends, and interact with the international audience
• Days with workshop with professors and international groups of students
