The
VI International Round Table of Romualdo Del Bianco Founadation's Experts (Florence,
27th - 28th February 2004)
As a tradition at the end of “The Programme of Integration among
Youth, 2003-2004” the IV International Round Table of Experts,
an annual meeting among academicians and scientists aimed to outline
the future directions of development of the Foundation.
Making an intrusting on the wide and authoritative level of the matured
contacts thanks to success of the previous editions and following the
direction which will be confirmed also during the next editions, this year’s
edition has attracted around three main themes of the discussion.
From one side “The Model of Development of European Centres Fly
Youth” was officially presented, which is based on the principles of
international certification ISO 9000. Thanks to the consultancy of
CISQ-CERT-Total Quality International Body, IQ-Net and Viva Toscana
Formation now the Foundation has a manual which lays down the criteria
of management of centres for the realisation of the initiatives of an
international integration held in other European cities; this criteria,
translated then in some detailed series of operative procedures which
involve different sectors, form a guide for those local institutions
(administrative, university or of other type) which will be interested start
a
concrete collaboration under support of the Foundation.
Thus the Model represents the first concrete step for the creation of an
international network of European Centres which, under support of the
Foundation and collaboration of the partner institutions, promote and
realize initiatives under the complete financial autonomy. The wish of the
Foundation is that now the signalisations of hypothetical centres and
expresses of interests which have already arrived in the past from
different European cities confirm in concrete manifestations of
availability and collaboration.
The second argument which was debated during the Round Table was
concerned the future asset of programmes of international integration of
the Foundation. As you’ll notice also at the next pages (where we’ll
anticipate a preliminary draft), the programme 2004-2005 of the
Foundation will include the following types of initiatives:
- the first group of activity, named “Researching of the new events”, will
include a series of meetings (each of different disciplines) among
experts, docents and goal-directed scientists aimed to promote new
future initiatives like those traditional international seminars among youth
or cultural events of a higher level which are oriented to scientists or
experts in the aspects of international culture’s importance; to realise or
in Florence or in other cities. Such a group of initiatives represents new
in the Foundation’s activity and is a preliminary stage to the next groups’
development.
- the second group represents “traditional” weeks of international
integration performing the own institutional finalities of the Foundation
and will be aimed to favour the meeting, exchange of knowledge and
development of relations of collaboration and friendship among youth
from different Countries and cultures.
- the third group of initiatives will include cultural and scientific
events
aimed to favour knowledge of different cultures or intercultural meeting or
also aimed to create moments of discussion and exchange of arguments
about international importance.
- the forth group concerns initiatives to be realised in different cities
and, at the conclusion in Florence, oriented to promote development of
the activity of international integration of the Foundation in different
Countries also through support provided by the Sixth Framework
Programme.
On the base of this subdivision concerned persons have presented
some of 76 propositions of new initiatives prepared by the Experts for
this occasion; some of them, very interesting and fully compatible with
institutional principles of the Foundation, are already inserted to be the
part of next programme.
The last argument discussed at the Round Table was concerning the fourth
group: starting from the last November the Foundation have launched the
programme of meetings and lections on theme of community programmes to
support of the cultural and socialized initiatives realised in Member
Countries; this programme was realised with cooperation of Dr. Romana
Krizova, an expert in this field. The purpose is to create an international
network of university contacts able to propose the Foundation projects that
would be carried out and/or joined to others from other nodes of the
network.
The statement of Dr. Krizova have illustrated to the persons presented
different adoptable programmes: Culture 2000, Marie Curie & Society,
E-Content and others, inviting the participants to present their proposals
of compatible initiatives which could be deepen, detailed and prepared for
possible presentation at the Commission during the next meetings which will
be held In Florence 18th – 25th of July and 31st of October – 7th of
November. Those who are interested can, starting from today, can inquire to
the Foundation to learn more about how to participate.
Also, as a habit, some cultural and convivial events have taken place
during the IV edition of an International Round Table of the Experts:
- Prof. Yurij Plaksiev from Kharkov State Technical University of
Construction and Architecture have exhibited the collection of his paintings
which were taken demonstrated in
Vivahotel Alexander.
- young students of the Accademies of Music from Bydgoszcz, Poznan,
Banska Bystrica, Green Bay and Lindborg have realised international
concert performing the parts of classical music as well as their own
creations. The concert has taken place at the State Conservatory of Music
“L. Cherubini”.
- as every year some experts and docents who were distinguished for their
helpfulness and active collaboration were awarded by the bronze medal of the
Foundation: we would like to thakk to Dr. Maurizio Bossi, Stefan Dousa,
Prof. Stanislaw Daniel Kotlinski, Prof. Egon Krak, Prof. Sergiu Nistor,
Prof. Andrzej Tomaszewski and Prof. Yasuo Watanabe.
- and the end a prize of the contest “Fernando Borioni” (economy of
tourist business) was taken by Prof. Ass. Vladyslav Rashkovan to be
delivered to Irina Efimova (Odessa State Economics University);
But besides important operative results provided, the IV International
Round Table without any doubts will be remembered also for all
manifestations of respect, affection which was at the first place for the
participants (also those who couldn’t perform their presentations anyway
have expressed their presence) to demonstrate to the President of the
Foundation Paolo Del Bianco who despite the presence during important events
was not able to be presented at the reunion due to the recent chirurgical
operation. His daughter Carlotta who was replacing him in his functions have
in all ways demonstrated the same enthusiasm and determination which
encourages and provides the future success.
