Brief description of the initiative:
The topic of this
project goes out from the mission of Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation – to
contribute to the friendship and understanding between young people from
different countries of different cultures mediation knowledge people,
country and local culture in the original space by. The instrument to create
a strong international integration is the workshop – the common creative
work in the internationaly composed groups of students – the each group
takes part one student from each partner´s country in.
The project is composed of 2 parts every year:
- 1st part realised in autumn period (November) takes place in Florence
always, the organising protector of this part is Faculty of Architecture of
Florence ,
- 2 nd part realised in the a spring period (April – May) takes place out
of Italy always – in one of participant´s countries, the organising
protector of this part is the Faculty of Architecture from this host
country.
The theme of work is oriented to the conservation and reusing of
architectural heritage for a new use. The organising protector prepares the
concrete subject of work from their home country always, with the basic work
documentation. That means – not only common meeting in Florence where we are
all the foreigner visitors only, but it means the common meeting and common
work in other country, in other cultural space, with other traditions, too.
The subject of work as well as their scope it will be discussed with the
project leader, too.
The project was elaborated on the tabels A3, by the arbitrary technology.
Each participant faculty has represented 5 students and 1 professor by
other conditions as in the regulations of Romualdo del Bianco Foundation.
