Only to all the International Experts of the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation

As is in our tradition, at the end of the “General Programme of International Integration 2005-2006”, our Foundation is used to invite in Florence its International Experts, to take part to the annual International Round Table in Florence focused on future development of the Foundation Activities and of its co-operation network. The invitation is usually extended to other European and Asian Academicians and Scholars who had the occasion to know the Foundation, with whom we are interested to co-operate. As usual, two are the mains topics which will be discussed:
- by the Foundation: Presentation of the strategies of future development of the Foundation 2006-2007: the use of the "Auditorium al Duomo" for cultural initiatives (conferences and exhibitions), the enlargement of the "Best Diploma Expo" in fields other than architecture, the replica of International Projects as "San Gimignano Convent Reuse (2000-2001)" for the protection of other cultural heritage, the other proposals already received by the Foundation and ready to be organised
- by the Experts interested: Presentation of new proposals of initiatives to be included in next programs, for initiatives to be made both in Florence then in their Town.

The Round Table will be held on 20th of March 2006. The International Experts can arrive in Florence on Saturday 18th of March and remain till Tuesday 21st of March 2006, as Guests of the Foundation.

Documents for the Round Table:
1 .the “Request of Participation” form, to be filled up and sent back to the Foundation within the 28th of February 2006 (by e-mail or fax). All Experts who confirm their participation, will receive free accommodation Voucher by Vivahotels on bed and breakfast basis at Vivahotel Alexander (Viale Guidoni, 101, www.vivahotels.com). In any case, the organisation will assign the hotel facilities according to the chronological presentation of this application and the availabilities from VivaHotels;

2. as usual, Experts can present some proposals for new initiatives to be inserted in future program: International Workshop for University Students in Florence or in other Town, proposals for Meetings, Conventions and Conferences in Florence "Auditorium Al Duomo" (the new conference halls ready from 1st of February 2006 to host the Foundation's cultural and scientific initiatives), Proposals for International Seminars for "Research", proposals other kind of Cultural Initiatives, Proposals for Common Projects to be presented to the European Commission; here enclosed are the relevant Call for Proposals for each kind of initiative above mentioned; In case of impossibility for the Expert to be present in Florence, it is appreciated to receive his/her proposal at the same, so that it would be presented directly by the Foundation to the other Participants;

3. this is the list of the National Committees of Experts who have been invited to the International Round Table as well as the Application for Nomination for new Experts; in fact, all Experts are invited to introduce new colleagues who could be involved in the Foundation activity as new Experts, hence as promoters of new relationships of co-operation and proposals for new initiatives;

4. we remind that the invitation is first for the National and City Chairmen of each Committee;

5. For those Experts who need VISA it is appreciated a prompt sending of the Application of participation, in order to prepare the invitation letter to the Italian Embassy in their country in time.
