The Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation gives the opportunity to 4 th year university students or just graduated to have a 6 months internship experience in Florence in Cultural Event Organiser Assistant.
Main tasks:
• Co-operation in the realisation, promotion, organisation and management of the cultural events of the Foundation (research for potential participants, invitation, correspondence, answering service, etc.)
• Co-operation for the research of new contacts to be involved in the Foundation cultural activity, through internet
• Updating of the database of the Foundation's contacts • Cataloguing and filing the documents, papers of the Foundation
• Direct participation and co-operation on field, to the cultural initiatives of the Foundation (seminars for students, concerts, conferences etc.)
Main skills:
• Microsoft tools (word, excel, power point, outlook)
• Internet
• Good knowledge of the English language and sufficient of Italian
Requirements and procedures:
• Period of internship: You would be on stage for 6 months
• It will be necessary to learn base of Italian language by the date.
• Send us your C.V. + a letter of reference from a professor of your university, specifying that you are applying for “Cultural Event Organiser Assistant” position.
After receiving your C.V., we evaluate your background, the availability of vacancies.
For those who have been selected:

We will send you 4 copies of the Co-operation Agreement between your university and our Foundation and 2 copies of the "Progetto formativo" (“Training Program”); these documents (both Co-operation Agreement and "Progetto formativo" ) must be filled in, signed by a representative of your university and your tutor and sent us
- After we receive the documents we will send back to you 2 copies of the Co-operation Agreement and one of the Training Program duly signed by our Foundation ; for those students who need VISA, it is necessary to present these documents to the Italian Embassy; keep in mind that to get VISA it is necessary at least one month
Economic Conditions
Trainees must deal with their own accommodation in Florence; a special discount card for downtown canteen service (lunch & dinner) is provided.
