Alexander Lantukhov 1. I am very glad to meet at once with the friends of our Foundation, named in honour of Cavaliere del Lavoro Romualdo Del Bianco, in Magic Florence. Allow me to address with thanks to Mr. Paolo Del Bianco and his family, Dr. Simone Giometti, Dr. Sergio Boggia, Dr. Massimo Rosati, all those, who have made possible our meeting on the Round Table - 2001. 2. First of all we would like to express our opinion about more important documents. We consider that "MANIFESTO" generalises important experience of activity of the Foundation. "MANIFESTO" gives to us the directions of Studies and Researches, and at the same time investigates the most actual in Social Architecture of present. With the great attention we have had first-hand acquaintance with the Program of development of the Foundation. We treat with the great respect the List "What we have done" Program 1.1, 1.2. Here we see the huge work of Foundation in International Integration Activity. We approve suggestions of the Program 1.2.3 from the year 2001-2002. Very important decision is creation of one own building in Florence, the Building of the International Friendship which will dedicate to all the activities of the Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation. On the same way the development of the Web Site of Our Foundation seems to us important as a really possible point of virtual international meetings for Odessa's students. The topics and suggestions for the Web Site are, for example, the activities of students of Odessa's Conservatory, like the subject of interrelation with their colleagues from different countries. This topic can be represented by vice rector of Odessa's Conservatory Prof. A. Rovenko. The next topic of researches, which we suggest for the possible publication on the Web Site of the Foundation, could be theme of very important contribution of Italian Architects in Odessa in the end of XIX - beginning of XX centuries. Thanks them, the city environment was formed with roots of European Cultural traditions. With this publication we will make this high value architectural Heritage flowering and fruitful again for the Youth. Undoubtedly this publication will serve integration among Youth from different Countries, because many people know about Odessa, but never had been in Odessa. So, this research of Florentine Cultural influences in Odessa will help a process of mutual knowledge and understanding. We high estimate the idea of development and economic independence, suggested in Program (4.3) of Foundation with the main goal to find a way to give to the Foundation an own economic life. We consider as possible to give the Board of Foundation the opportunity of the progressive and prospective decision in this question. 3. All the perspective directions of the Program 2001-2002 are very important. However what can be done in Odessa today? I want You to know that UKRAINE has intellectual potential. But now our country only slowly, step by step learns democratic values. So, the reality in UKRAINE is such that intellectual people, which are able to perceive ideas on International integration cannot afford to take part in meetings with personal contacts. Such is financial position of students, as well as professors. We hope for improvement of Economical and Political situation in UKRAINE. In the meantime we are looking for the development of INTERNET integration in elaborating by Youth and intellectual people in UKRAINE ideas of Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation. They are: TOURISM-ENGINE of Peace, Free activity as Style of life, as personal contribution in Building: "Culture of International Integration", and the next step: Activities of Laboratories of Research for Integration of the Youth. We know the great desire of Mr. Paolo Del Bianco to make a close study and to explore the possibilities of Odessa. We will be very glad to help him in realizing of this plans. 4. Dear friends, our meeting seems to me elite in accordance with criterions of enthusiasm, optimism, frankness. Our Round Table have gathered architects, professors, musicians, public figures, activists of TOURISM. Thanks to Romualdo Del Bianco Foundation high educated people have possibility to associate with one another in Florence - high world centre of Culture. And now our first duty is: in teaching of youth to open for them not only volumes of Art History, but to open the Way of aesthetic perception of History: BY WAY OF ROMUALDO DEL BIANCO FOUNDATION TO FLORENCE.
