One way is to transform existing institutions, the second: to establish new organizations which could play the very strong promoting role . The target group - the young people with specific ability and creativity. But where we see the problem ? The lot of existing cultural /and also social / organizations are not able to built promoting network and other kind of support which could be a great help in the area of education or labour market. Hopefully, next generations of artists and cultural managers will be able to hang at various offices with a diploma delivered by a recognized university or certifications from different institutions. As first step we can see the phase of understanding and socialization through artistic performances, meetings, courses, training and education. The second step seems to be the development of the same importance - establishing new training and educational centers with specific programs and developing projects. It is not necessary to analyze the contemporary situation especially in Central and Eastern Europe when we are speaking about losing human values. Human values - what we are looking for in the future European integration ? In Art, Education and Culture are some aspects which could be more valuable and significant for not only the social development . It is hard to imagine another area of human activity, in which the development of humanization, recovery of ancient human values, creativity and tolerance, so important for the spiritual life as artistic and cultural sector. This nice sentence could be the answer for various questions. The language of music is eternal accompanied by the pleasure, the living sign of noble creativity. That is why thc suggestions for development of human values has strong connections with music – the performance, composition, research. Another answer is to take advantage of the new technology by using, at-distance education through satelital classrooms, internet, something like videoconference. It was organized not only in South America / with co-organizing institutions from Bologna, Utrecht and local UNESCO chair / . This experience is to be implemented in other countries as well. UNESCO chair by Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, Bratislava, Slovakia, Europe would like to play the main role as the international Education and Administration Center - to be the important contribution to all home and foreign promoting activities in thc existing cultural sector. New contacts has been established and co-operation / in the field of exchange of information, young people, information and participation/ has been initiated with many educational and promoting institutions from various European countries. The new project EUROMUSE was established for research and performing practice with international participation. Another project Central European Music Heritage try to show the richness of European historical influences. These activities were developed for young people to take part in specific education area – reconstitution of historical sources and try to be connected with all programs developing acknowledgment about cultural heritage in Europe. Among the new contacts making from Bratislava is Janacek Academy in Brno/Czech Republic/and Academy of Music i Vitebsk/ Belarus / where the common information about Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco and UNESCO chair in Bratislava was made. We see this idea of EUROMUSE connecting with the program of Fondazione Romualdo Del Bianco as the best way how to promote the tradition of the General Program of International Integration 2000 – 2001, to establish the possibility for the future development of the main ideas of the Foundation, to create own strategy for the local supporting mechanism through art, music and specific managing education. We are looking forward to have more possibilities for young people everywhere in the area of international cooperation, not only to play together beautiful music, but to rebuilt their own professional field and future labour market.
